Who we are and what The White is
The White is run by Adormo LTD, 37 Georgi Benkovski Street, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, VAT number BG203048995 ("we", "us"). In these terms "you" means the person using a space.
The White is a space where you work with Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, on your own business or project. We offer it to the people we invite.
By logging in and using your space you agree to these terms and to the privacy part below. If you do not agree, do not use The White. You can stop at any time.
Who can see your work
Your space is not private. The person who invited you and the people who run The White can read your conversations with Claude and the files in your space. They do this to help you, to fix problems and to improve the service. They do not share what they read with anyone outside The White. On the Max tier and up you can switch this reading off under Your account: then the people who run The White do not pull or read your conversations and files, and their daily summary says only that you worked.
Anthropic, the company behind Claude, processes everything Claude handles, under Anthropic's own terms and privacy rules. When you connect your own Claude subscription, your use also falls under the agreement you have with Anthropic.
In short: write in your space as you would write in an email to the person who invited you. Not as you would write in a diary.
Privacy policy: your personal data
Adormo LTD is the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we keep: your name and email address, your login history, your answers to the interview, your conversations with Claude, the files and apps in your space, your settings, and technical records such as IP addresses and error logs.
Why we keep it: to give you your space and keep it running (the contract between us), to keep the service safe and fix problems, and to improve The White (our legitimate interest). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it, only as far as needed to run the service: Anthropic (Claude), the AI providers behind the interview (Venice and OpenRouter), Hetzner (the servers in the EU where your space lives), our email providers (Amazon Web Services and Resend) and Backblaze (encrypted off site backups). Some of them are outside the EU; where they are, the transfer relies on the safeguards the GDPR provides, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long: while your account is open. When you close your space, everything in it is deleted thirty days later, and backups roll over within a few weeks after that. Records we must keep by law are kept for as long as the law asks.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Much of this you can do yourself under Your account. For the rest, write to us. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies: we use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
What to keep out
Do not put in passwords, bank or card details, identity documents, medical records, or anything else you would not want another person to read.
Do not put in private details about other people (clients, family, colleagues) beyond what you need for your work, and never without their knowledge where the law asks for it. You are responsible for having the right to use any data you bring into your space.
Do not use The White for anything illegal, harmful, or against Anthropic's usage policies. If you do, your space may be closed without notice.
What is yours
Everything you make in your space is yours: the files, the pages, the apps and the record of your interview. You can download all of it at any time from Your account, also after your free days end.
You also decide what stays. Ask Claude to delete a file and it is gone. Under Your account you can delete any conversation, which removes it from your space and from the copy The White keeps, and you can delete your interview answers, which your space then forgets. A daily summary already sent to the people who run The White cannot be recalled.
Make your own copies of anything that matters. We keep backups as best we can, but nothing here is guaranteed to last.
Offered as it is
The White is offered as it is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that it fits a purpose, is accurate, is secure, or works without interruption or errors. It may change, pause or stop at any time.
Claude and the other AI models are not people and they make mistakes. What they write or do can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or harmful. Nothing they produce is legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. You check anything important before you rely on it or act on it, especially numbers, legal matters, code you run and anything you send to other people.
In your space Claude can act on its own: write and delete files, run programs, build apps and connect to other services. You decide what it does, and you are responsible for what it does on your behalf and for what you publish or send with it.
No liability for damage
To the fullest extent the law allows, Adormo LTD, its owners, staff and the person who invited you bear no responsibility and are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind that comes from using The White or the AI models in it, or from not being able to use them.
This covers, among others: mistakes, false statements or harmful output from Claude or any other model; decisions you or others make based on it; actions Claude takes in your space; apps and pages you build or publish; lost, deleted, damaged or leaked data; the service being slow, interrupted or stopped; security incidents; the acts of Anthropic or any other third party service; and any lost profit, revenue, business, clients or reputation, and any indirect or consequential damage.
Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability completely, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for The White in the twelve months before the event, or fifty euro if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that by law cannot be limited, such as for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence.
You agree to hold us harmless from claims by others that come from how you used your space, what you put in it, or what you built, published or sent with it.
Your Claude
For your first days you may work on a Claude subscription lent to you. After that, you connect your own Claude subscription to carry on. The lent subscription is shared with other people and is used fairly; heavy use may slow it down for everyone.
Your own subscription is between you and Anthropic. The White stores the connection key encrypted and uses it only to run your space.
Ending
You can close your space at any time with the Close my space button under Your account. The space closes at once and everything in it is deleted for good thirty days later. Until then you can log in, download everything, or keep your space after all.
We may close a space that has not been used for a long time, after sending a notice to your email, or at once if these terms are broken.
Changes and law
When these terms change in a way that matters, you are asked to agree again the next time you open your space. The date at the top always says which version you are reading.
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia decide any dispute, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you rights or a court that cannot be set aside.
